FAQ & plushie care

Most pieces are started when you order them — that's what keeps every plushie personal. Each listing shows its crafting time (usually 7–14 days); shipping time is added on top. You'll get an email the day your piece begins and the day it ships.

For now, orders are reserved online and we confirm payment by email (bank transfer or payment link) before crocheting begins. Card checkout is coming soon.

Spot clean with mild soap and cold water, then air dry. No washing machines, no tumble dryers — hand-crocheted cotton holds its shape best when treated gently. Brushing with a soft toothbrush revives fuzzy patches.

Plushies with safety eyes are recommended for ages 3+. For younger cuddlers, ask for an embroidered-eyes version in the order note or as a custom request — we make them often.

Yes! International shipping is quoted at checkout confirmation based on destination. Every order ships tracked and carefully wrapped.
